Fulfilment of Order
All orders placed on this website are "made-to-order". Orders are not fulfilled from stocked lines - grips and toe guards are freshly made to the colours you require, handles are turned to the specifications you require. Other accessories, such as whipping twine, face sheets etc, are sourced from one of our three contracted suppliers. Samples are made-to-order and delivery can take up to 30 days. All products are manufactured in Northern India, overseen by our local production manager, who will then dispatch your order via an international courier (DHL, TNT, DPD, Aramex depending on the size of your order and current operating conditions). Any local sales tax due by law in your country (GST or VAT) and any duty placed on materials in your country will be handled and collected by the courier. The price paid on this website is exclusive of sales tax. Please contact us for more info.
Tolerances and Allowances
The following tolerance and allowances are considered acceptable in production:
1) Handles - 1mm
2) Grips - pantone colour matches are made to best possible match in rubber (grips and toe guards)
3) Grips - standard colours (ie Red) are factory colour mixes - please contact if your require pantone shade info
Payment
Full payment must be completed before goods are manufactured and dispatched. Payment can be made via PayPal (via a PayPal account) or via a credit or debit card or via bank transfer, please see checkout for details.
Timescales
We endeavour to complete production and dispatch your order in a maximum of 14 days. Shipping will take approx 7 to 10 days depending on destination.
Order Acceptance
Acceptance of your order (and the products within the order) and the completion of the contract between the customer and Spliced Cricket Ltd takes place when Spliced Cricket Ltd indicates, by email, that your order is "in production". The acceptance will be considered complete and to have been effectively communicated to the customer, whether or not the email is received. On most occasions, payment may be taken before this point but acceptance of the order is not confirmed until the above proceedure is complete. In the event that we have to cancel your order, your payment will be refunded immediately.
Right to cancel
As all orders are made-to-order, large parts of UK "The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013" and similar in other countries, do not apply as made to order items, personalised to specific colour, measurements etc are exempt.
Instead, we offer the right to cancel any purchase (including all made to order items) within 72 hours of ordering without giving any reason. Any production cost up to this time with be met by Spliced Cricket Ltd.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform Spliced Cricket Ltd of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement, sent by email to sales@spliced.cricket.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days and using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Production Errors
We accept full responsibility for the wrong goods in the event of production error; please follow the returns process and we will correct at speed, including refund of your return postage costs.
